Resin pouring is a technique that explores the boundaries between fluid and solid. Though the painting is shiny and durable, beneath the surface are interactions between contrasting aspects of the painting: color and mood, heat and cold, light and dark. These paintings defy photographic representation and need to be seen in person to watch how they interact with the environment and the viewer.
